Who knew? It seems like a lot of people and for a long time have know that honey is just about one of the best products you can use topically and by ingesting it. Remember your epidermis will absorb some of the chemicals you use when applying creams. We told you about the great use of honey for our blemishes.

Here are few other uses. If you are looking for some great RAW honey, you don’t have to look too far. We are fortunate to have a great producer of taste-testing winner and producer of great Honey her in Central Florida, that company s Winter Park Honey. You see if you heat or “pasteurize” the honey it loses some of its properties. Here is a snippet from our friends a Winter Park Honey

Honey in the Raw

Our honey is RAW.

Our honey comes to you straight from the comb to the bottle. We don't heat our honey so the natural goodness that the bees work so hard to put in the honey stays there. We don't use filters or strainers so our honey is loaded with all of the goodness that nature intended.

  • Mix raw honey with water it becomes hydrogen peroxide. An antiseptic!
  • It’s an exfoliate. It has hydroxyl acids which increase elasticity and stimulates collagen production
  • Use it as a mask and it is an excellent humectant
