We all know we need to eat certain foods to keep us healthy. However, after a while, we need to change our menu; if not, you too will get bored. Fret not my friends, I have found some great change ups and here they are.

As always, we have some great recipe ideas so you can use your new foods.

Walnuts
Pumpkin seeds contain phytosterols and helps reduce cholesterol
Brown Rice
Try Amaranth, a pseudo grain, iron, calcium zinc
Salmon
Trout; contains omega 3, calcium and is low in mercury

 

Not so difficult right? And, our up and coming chef, Laura, will be looking for great recipe ideas. Keep your eyes and knives sharpened; good food and nutrition is happening right before your eyes.
