Arghhhh! The cold weather does not help those nagging joint pains. I am not saying it is age. It is just all those hours at the gym, dancing and sports that we do or have done that have taken a toll on our joints. Pain is not our friend and we do not have to have visits from those annoying aches any longer.

Yes my gal pals, you can shoo those aches away and you can help your lovie be pain free too. Just take yourself into the kitchen and swoosh yourself a great CHERRY smoothie. After all I know you saw on one of our previous articles the benefits of Cherry Juice. You can purchase it in concentrate formula and add it to some other great super-foods for a great anytime pick me up. Just a smidge is all you need.


Here is a little recipe we found and love to share. After all isn’t that what friends are for?

Cherry Juice Smoothie

Combine in blender:

  • 2 cups Green Tea
  • 1/2 cup yogurt - choose vanilla or cherry
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 Tablespoons cherry juice concentrate

Blend until smooth and drink and enjoy a pain-free day.
