When we look back on these years, one of the prominent buzz words will undoubtedly be recognized as "green". There are tax breaks for "green" appliances and home renovation, new building construction etc. Even the restaurant world is focused providing local, sustainable menus which, of course, are code for “green” eatery.

MSC is passionate about a few things - being “green” as possible, supporting local businesses and fashion. Imagine our delight when we found a company fusing all three into one amazing little package.

Dalat is a unique fashion house whose head designer, Flower Ta, is an Orlando native with a refined eye for blending vintage with modern and producing uniquely individual pieces. Her approach to deconstructing "the past" and introducing it to the "present", allows her to mold each piece distinctively. She creates fashion thumbprints, no two pieces exactly the same. Her business is recycling outdated duds into current couture. Does it get any better than that?

As if her eye for style wasn't enough to make you fall in love with her work...her blog is intelligent, quirky and great way to keep up to date with things going on around town, magazines, unique apartment décor...no topic is off limits and that’s just how we like out bloggers. Since we have been (unashamedly) stalking her blog for the past few weeks, we are excited to point out that Dalat should be releasing their new threads soon! We wait with breath that is bated…
